Easy Fruit Cobbler

This is one of the easiest recipes I've ever come across. So far we've tested peach cobbler and also strawberry-rhubarb and they've turned out divine!

Ingredients:
4 cups fruit of your choice (Should be a juicy fruit. If using fresh, slice or mash, add sugar to taste, and let rest for 30 minutes.)
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 - 1 c. milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place butter (or margarine) in 9x13 baking dish in oven until butter is melted. While butter is melting, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk. Consistency should be like pancake batter. Pour batter over melted butter. Pour fruit over batter. Bake for 45 minutes or until batter is golden brown (Batter will rise as it bakes.).
